Can I use my existing land?
Yes! If you already own land, that’s a great start. We’ll work with you to assess the site and help determine if it’s suitable for one of our modular home models. Our team can also guide you through necessary steps like site prep and servicing.
Do you help with city permits?
Absolutely. We’re familiar with the permit process in Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding areas, including the new pre-approved ADU program. We’ll assist you with permit applications, drawings, and everything else needed to meet city requirements.
Can I finance the purchase?
Yes, modular homes are often eligible for financing just like traditional homes. We’ll connect you with local lenders experienced in modular construction to help you explore your financing options.
Do I need to be in Sault Ste. Marie?
While we’re based in Sault Ste. Marie and focus on the Northern Ontario region, you don’t need to be here full-time. We can coordinate remotely and keep you updated every step of the way. If your land is outside city limits, let’s talk — we may still be able to help.
Can I see a showroom? I'm very intrigued by the process!

Can I use your panels on my own projects?
Absolutely. We supply panelized wall, floor, and roof systems for custom homes, multi-units, and retrofit projects.
Do you offer 3D modeling and take-offs?
Yes, we can turn your blueprints into panel-ready layouts, complete with labeling, material lists, and delivery planning.
Can I customize the panel specs?

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Northern Ontario and select locations across Ontario and nearby provinces. If you’re outside the Sault Ste. Marie area, just reach out — we’ll let you know if we can ship to your location or connect you with a nearby partner.
